Eight weeks ago, five teams stood at the same starting line.

There were no pitch decks. We selected teams based only on their products and traction, and invested as soon as they were selected. In other words, we judged what was already in motion, not what was on paper. With AI now sitting in the co-founder’s seat, and execution moving at the speed of thought, this was an experiment to see how far a small, focused group could go in eight weeks. As the grammar of building a company is being rewritten, these teams are among the first to make it their own language.

Starting with this Game Day, Hashed Vibe Labs begins a new chapter as Nitro by Hashed. The name captures the essence of the eight-week sprint we designed: our belief that β€œsmall teams move fastest.” Rather than spreading support widely, we focus on deep acceleration. We are not building a program that ranks teams by size. We focus on creating an environment where the fastest teams help each other move faster.

Nitro Seoul Game Day brings together four of the five teams that ran those eight weeks with us, each ready to show what they have built on this stage. Every team has its own pace and rhythm, and each decides when it is ready to take the stage. In one place, you can see products that people are actually using, metrics they have actually achieved, and the traces of decisions and shifts that only become visible over eight weeks. It is also a chance to get an early look at how products are being built in this era.

The day will feature team pitches and live demos, a panel on building in the era of the Agentic Economy, and open networking with founders. It is a gathering for vibe coders, founders, domain experts, and anyone who wants to stand in the middle of this change.

You do not have to be a developer. Experts with deep knowledge of a particular domain, people who think in their customers’ language, builders making things themselves with AI as a tool β€” we welcome everyone making a place for themselves in this change.
