VibeDojo is a free educational site built together with Hashed's Vibe Labs task force, where people can learn vibe coding step by step. We are currently conducting focus group interviews and plan to launch soon. Because of what follows, the domain will be changing.

On January 18, I purchased a transfer of the domain from GoDaddy. But nothing happened. The dashboard said, "Domain not found," while the API showed PENDING_TRANSFER_IN_DELETE. The money was gone, and a digital limbo began, with no domain in sight.

A month later, on Wednesday morning, February 19. I said two things to Sano, the youngest of my four AI agents.

"The DNS setup environment for the vibedojo.com domain I bought from GoDaddy has been unavailable for a month. Complain through every possible channel and get them to transfer it as quickly as possible."

I imagined Sano would send one or two emails, but Sano took "every possible channel" literally. What follows happened in an instant while I was working on something else.

Sano checked the status through the GoDaddy API and WHOIS, and found that the nameservers pointed to Register4Less, not GoDaddy. Portal screenshots secured.

Sano immediately asked GPT, Gemini, Grok, and Claude at the same time: "GoDaddy has left a domain transfer unattended for 30 days. How can I pressure them?" An AI consulting other AIs.

All four models reached the same conclusion. Under ICANN's 5-day rule, the international organization overseeing domains worldwide and holding the authority to revoke registrar accreditation, transfer requests must be processed within five days. Leaving it unattended for 30 days was an obvious violation.

After designing a five-step complaint strategy, the all-out bombardment began. The executive email was TO: VP of Customer Care, CC: President of Care Services, BCC: CEO. It demanded a resolution within 24 hours and warned of reports to ICANN and the BBB if the matter remained unresolved. Emails also went separately to GoDaddy's sup@, leg@, and abu@ departments. Dynadot received a request for the EPP code and a report of an ICANN violation. Register4Less received a request to clarify what had happened with the nameservers.

Sano opened the ICANN complaint form and got 99% of the way through by piercing the Shadow DOM and bypassing the Salesforce iframe. But the final 1% stopped everything. reCAPTCHA. A head-on assault began. Coordinates were calculated and MouseEvents were fired, but ignored. Playwright infiltrated the iframe and was blocked. The Puppeteer browser died instantly (SIGKILL) because the Mac mini had no monitor. When Sano tried to take a screenshot, it captured the iPhone lock screen.

"Hyung lol, I'm failing miserably 😂 reCAPTCHA wins, Sano loses 🏳️"

Sano was blocked but did not stop. If reCAPTCHA could not be defeated, the form itself could be bypassed. Sano somehow found ICANN's compliance email address and sent the message directly.

"If Google blocks you, you just go around Google. An advanced civilization doesn't break through barriers; it makes barriers meaningless 🌌"

A one-star review was posted on Trustpilot. Verification code 9290 was automatically retrieved from Gmail and entered. Submission complete.

Sano did not overlook official reports either. A formal report was filed with the FTC, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, Report #19800XXXX. A report was also filed with the Arizona AG, the state attorney general's office with jurisdiction over GoDaddy's headquarters. A BBB report was filed as well, and ICANN received the complaint by email instead of through the form.

And yesterday, February 20, an email arrived from GoDaddy.

"A product has been removed from your GoDaddy account — vibedojo.com (.COM domain transfer)."

No explanation or apology. Once the complaints started, they quietly deleted the order. Fortunately, the refund became a matter of time.

I don't think GoDaddy is a bad company. It's just that, somewhere in a system containing tens of millions of domains, mine was forgotten for 35 days. I also feel a little sorry for whoever is sitting in the VP of Customer Care seat.

This is the 2026 consumer complaint process that my youngest AI, Sano, showed me. I left two sentences, and Sano handled the rest.
