We are looking for an intern to build the AI builder ecosystem with Hashed's AI initiative Nitro (formerly Hashed Vibe Labs).

Nitro runs a range of programs and communities where AI builders and founders meet, experiment with ideas, and develop them into products and teams. We are looking for someone to help expand Hashed's AI ecosystem by connecting workshops, mentoring, demo days, hackathons, content, and partnerships.

Employment Details

  • Employment type: Intern
  • Location: Hashed's Seoul office
  • Employment period: At least six months from the start date

    • If you wish, we can discuss extending the employment period.

    Responsibilities

  • Support Nitro program operations

    • Support the planning and execution of workshops, mentoring sessions, demo days, and other programs.

  • Community growth and operations

    • Design online and offline touchpoints for the AI builder community, and manage social channels and participant retention.

  • Content and marketing

    • Plan and produce promotional content for programs, and manage participant acquisition and conversion across channels.

  • Partnership support

    • Communicate with co-hosts, sponsors, and partners, and coordinate the practical work needed to operate programs.

  • Offline event operations

    • Support the planning and on-site operations of offline programs such as hackathons and meetups.

  • Performance analysis and reporting

    • Organize participation data for each program, write result reports, and identify improvements for future programs.

    Qualifications

  • Interest in the AI ecosystem and builder communities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Ability to read basic English materials and communicate in English for work

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating and growing a community or social channel
  • Experience operating or actively participating in events such as conferences, hackathons, and meetups
  • Interest in AI and vibe coding, with experience building something yourself
  • Experience creating content or using design tools
  • Ability to set a direction and execute independently, even in situations without a predetermined answer
